Purple Flower

Love doesn't always come from a meet cute. Sometimes you need to have a funnel built to get there.

Sasha is a makeup influencer and a hardware store department supervisor. She is ready to make her social media her full time job, but doesn't know how to make it happen. She hires Matt to help her make those dreams a reality. When coffee orders start showing up at work and invitations to special events keep flooding in, is the funnel finally working or is it all too good to be true?

The Man for You

Having a life shared on social media means there will be people who think they know me. Think they deserve access to me. Think they know more about me than I’ve shared, or want to share. That’s the downside of becoming an “influencer.”

It started with some harmless comments, then he moved to DM’s. But now messages are escalating. He’s escalating and I don’t even know who “he” is. And it’s not only on my phone anymore. It’s notes on my car and things out of place. Shadows that don’t belong to my stride and unease that continues to grow anytime I’m alone.

I don’t know where to turn for safety. Nowhere is safe. Nowhere is private. And I can’t keep pretending that everything is fine.

Because it isn’t.

And I am not okay.

I don’t truly feel seen in my uneasiness, until Prof Marcus Williams comes to campus. I have zero desire to throw myself at the handsome professor, but he’s there as my “knight in shining armor” when I least expect it. I’m no damsel in distress. But he’s going to be the one to save me, even from the unnamed monster stepping out of the shadows.

The Dance for You

Book Three: Kylie and Luca

I thought I had my life planned out - working alongside my boyfriend, supporting my best friend as she launched her business, and dreaming of the day when I would be able to be home with a growing family. But all of that came crashing down in a series of broken promises, shifting dynamics, and dreams shattered one doctor’s appointment at a time. My dream of a life of stability and family became a figment of my imagination.

Now I have to decide what I actually want. And if it’s what I want to fight for. Starting over at thirty wasn’t in my original plan. But finding myself, my passions, and my joy is a plan I am ready to see through. And having someone new by my side to help me do just that is the beginning of our new happily ever after.

The Dance for You follows Kylie’s story as she redefines her version of family and passions as she finds new hobbies, interests, and yes, a new partner too.
